Mike Willin recently handled the listing of my wife’s 94 year-old mother's house. He employed a variety of techniques to expedite the sale: A photographer took beautiful pictures of the house for the MLS, the house was showcased on a local TV real estate show, and mailings advertising the listing were sent out to several local neighborhoods. When some work had to be done on the house prior to sale, Mike had access to contractors who could respond quickly and do the necessary work in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost.
